Earnings Structure
You will earn in two ways only:
- Per Form Filling: Commission for every valid candidate form submission.
- Per Successful Onboarding: Additional commission when:
- Candidate completes full process
- Company / HR completes onboarding with us
❌ No commission for just sharing or connecting HRs. Commission is paid only after successful onboarding is completed.

AGREEMENT CHECKLIST:

🔸 Monthly Requirement
Every freelancer must onboard minimum 2 companies/HRs per month (Starts after the first 30 days to allow for learning).
🔸 Eligibility to Continue
If the above target is not completed, the freelancer will not be allowed to continue.
🔸 Payment Rules
- Only valid and verified forms will be counted
- Fake / incomplete entries = ❌ no payment
- HR/company commission only after successful onboarding
🔸 Work Responsibility
Freelancer must handle both Candidates and HR / Company connections.
